In this example, I created and refined a design guide for an organization to use to create and implement courses and develop learner content.
The goal of this exercise was to create a comprehensive tool for developers and trainers to know what is expected when developing content in a training organization.
This document covers: Training Types, Creating an Instructional Plan, Module/Component Design, Design, Design Document, The Storyboard, Self-Paced Training Development Process. The tool was designed to provide a reference for a specific training organization and would require modifications to be incorporated into other environments.
